We always want you to love what you purchase, but here’s how cancellations and refunds work.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, only if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.
We offer refunds only in cases where:
Wrong product was delivered
Damaged or leaked product was received
Order was cancelled before dispatch
Refunds are not provided for:
Customer changing their mind
Product not suiting someone (results vary per individual)
Refund Processing Time
Once approved:
Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Refund Mode
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
COD Orders
Refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI only, as COD has no online payment source to return money to.

Missing or Incorrect Address
If an order returns to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or customer unavailability:
